Paprika

First Steps :

 

1. Dig a 5cm deep hole in the soil

 

2. Fill it with water

 

3. Plant the little paprika plant

 

4. Tie the plant to a stick to let it grow up straight

 

5. Place a bag around the plant to protect it from too much sunlight

 

6. Water it everyday except on rainy days

Since my grandmother was farming for her whole life she knows a lot about it so she taught me how to plant paprika plants and how to keep them alive.

Identify trends and forecasts :

Those old leaves I put around the plant have multiple functions :

 

- They protect the plant from over-drying

- they stop other plants to grow next to the plant (other plants will take the water and minerals from the soil)

- they turn into soil
